Baysville
has miles
of
shoreline
following
channels
where
residents
water-ski
and swim.
The south
Muskoka
River
basically
commences
its run to
Bracebridge
from this
point. We
have added
a picture
of our dam
which
controls
water
levels in
Lake of
Bays. So
from
Trading
Bay,
Hollow
River
&
Paint Lake
to Dwight
and the
Oxtongue
River, our
dam
controls
the water
flow.
Centennial
Park sits
on the
north side
of Muskoka
Road 117
just to
the west
of the
main river
crossing.
On
the south
side of
Muskoka
Road 117,
(across
the street
from
Centennial
Park), one
finds our
Memorial
Park. This
Park was
constructed
and is
maintained
in Memory
of the
many men
of
Baysville
who served
in both
W.W.I and
W.W.II.
